Behavior is part of everything we do...an act or action, along with our assessment about it, as well as feedback or approval
from others.  During the course of life we assume evolving identities.  These are merely an accumulation of all of our traits,
habits, dispositions, demonstrated abilities, learned behavior and happenstance in real time.

We can and must control our behavior in order to fit into society's expected value system.  In a sense, the more we fit in,
the greater the privileges we receive.  This in turn allows us even more free expression which can lead to an enormous
emotional satisfaction.  "It pays to behave!"

The more we "intend" for our behavior to be
good, the more it is good and does good for the greatest number.  Our acting
out can influence our own next steps in life and also help predetermine interactions with others of similar purpose.  There
can be times when behaviors seem less than or contrary.  When that occurs, its good to have some structure to return to
in order to re-establish the kind of behaviors that attract loving, kind and efficient people into our lives.  

Here are some examples of a unique system of deliberately causing specific events in life, which then become influential
factors on our behavior, which in turn allows us the kind of interaction we intended in the first place.  Life sustains Life.

I call this system, The Health Quotient".

There are 3 cornerstones of the Health Quotient.  They are the Physical, Chemical and Emotional.  Physical pertains to the
body and its parts and its state of usefulness.  Chemical refers to the sum total of energies derived from the intake of air,
water and food.  Emotional is all about the thoughts and feelings and psychological.

There are 2 easy rating systems.  Simply, one can think of an average value and be at that level or above it or below it.  

One could also use a scale for rating purposes.  They are both included here.  Merely cut and paste or print the forms.
This page will take about 15 minutes to read and take action on.  It involves printing and filling out a record that will enable one to create perspective and consistency over time.

These affirmations should be done 4 times a day.  Find a quiet place.  Feel thankfulness.  Get your mind to promote change
in your body.  Think of your best qualities.  Add anything else that’s not on this list.  After this meditative experience, do
something that is most enjoyable to you.
In order to shift our thought patterns away from our present ones, which may be producing some undesirable
experiences, we must create new thoughts & patterns.  Start with some of these and you will create new experiences.
