Doctors have known for 2 thousand years that human health requires a steady supply of and a positive influence from  Bio-Elements  in the body.
Among these substances are:   vitamins,  minerals, amino acids, enzymes, co-enzymes, pro
-hormones, tissue salts, antioxidants, humours, fluid
and structural components, among others.

These  "life ingredients"  must be available to our cells for an optimal  energy  production,  strategic uses, maintenance and repair.   An external
perception of health results from an ultimate co-ordination & balance within.

Mother Nature provides air, water, food, herbs and other substances to ensure our  physical, chemical and emotional well-being.    Read below...

While health can be limited by genetics, habits, risks, diseases or even customary treatments, life can be  sustained or renewed by adding all of
the appropriate  nutritional components that the body needs.   So let's rejuvenate!

BREATHING EXERCISES

Breathing air is essential for human life.  In addition to taking in oxygen with every breath, we also inhale an energy known as “prana”.  It serves
us well, with respect to quality of life and longevity.  Science shows that it is highly desirable and extremely beneficial to maximize the inhalation
and exhalation cycles.
The goal of the following  exercise is to train oneself to bring more air into the lungs, then hold it for a moment and finally exhale that air.
Be comfortable.  You may do this sitting or lying down.  Be relaxed and patient.  Expand your lungs and your mind.
Follow this pattern:
Take in a good-sized/normal breath - through your nose - while counting to five.
Then, hold the air in your lungs for the same count of five.
Exhale through your mouth for the same measure of five.
This rhythmic breathing will help to bring in a larger amount of oxygen and life force; it will allow the red blood cells more time to bind the oxygen;
and it will allow the body to release the largest amounts of carbon dioxide or waste gases.
Breathing exercises can be done daily to enhance your “prescription for life”.

Water

Our body consists of 66% water.  Water is essential for life and efficient body chemistry; therefore, the quality of life and longevity are enhanced
by hydration.  You choose how much and how efficient!

The general rule of thumb is:

“Drink eight  8 ounce glasses per day.”

You can also consider the following formula:

½ ounce per pound of body weight.

Adjust the volume for your height, weight, age, exercise and lifestyle.
